These terms apply when you use the TEDxThonglor website, join our participant community, or attend our events. By using the site or taking part, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About TEDxThonglor

TEDxThonglor is an independently organized event operated under license from TED. TED is not responsible for the content of our event or this website. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx, and this is one of those independently run events.

Using this site

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about our events, signing up for updates, applying to take part, and connecting with the community. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt it, attempt to access it without authorization, or scrape or harvest information about other people.

Tickets and registration

Attendance may be by application or ticket. When ticketing is available, tickets may be sold through a third-party platform with its own terms and refund rules. We may decline or cancel a registration, and admission is also subject to our Code of Conduct.

Your content and profile

If you create a participant profile or submit content, you are responsible for it, it must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to share it. You give us permission to display the profile details you choose to share to other members of the community. We may edit or remove content or profiles that are inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms or our Code of Conduct.

Intellectual property

TED and TEDx are trademarks of TED Conferences, LLC, used under license. Content on this site, other than material owned by TED, speakers, or third parties, belongs to the organizers of TEDxThonglor and may not be reused without permission. Talks recorded at our events are governed by TED's terms and are typically published on official TED or TEDx channels.

Photography and recording

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in images or recordings that we and our partners may publish and use to share and promote the event.

Disclaimers and liability

This site and our events are provided on an as-is basis. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, TEDxThonglor and its organizers are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
